To be eligible for funding, you must be an existing worker within community, or caring for an NDIS participant. If you are not a current worker or carer, you will be able to complete the course at the unsubsidised price.

The community services and mental health industry is growing, with increasing demand for compassionate and qualified workers. If you are looking to start a career in mental health, or if you would like to formalise your qualifications and experience, you have come to the right place.
This course is available to anyone who is currently working in the community industry. You may wish to start a career as a Support Worker or Mental Health Worker, or you may already be working in the area and require formal qualifications.
Students must be working or volunteering within the mental health industry to be able to enter into this course.
Basic English, Literacy, Numeracy and computer skills are required to undertake computer/online work. Students will also require access to a computer and internet. Please note that job roles in the Community Service and Health industries may require manual handling tasks and vaccination evidence.
